Alternatives

A Sprout Social alternative that adds the support desk

Answer comments and messages as a team, then go further than social: tickets on every channel, a chat on your website and an AI agent, with one price for the workspace instead of a price per seat.

What you get, and what you pay for

Where Hivenza differs from Sprout Social, on which plan, and where Sprout goes further. Sprout’s own prices and plans are as on their public pages in October 2026.

  • Priced per workspace

Sprout Social’s public pricing page lists plans per seat per month, from $199 (Standard) to $399 (Advanced) in October 2026. Hivenza’s plans are per workspace, so adding a teammate doesn’t add a line to the bill, up to each plan’s limits (3, 10 and 30 people on Starter, Pro and Agency).

  • Included on Pro

Sprout’s pages describe listening, employee advocacy and premium analytics as add-ons or higher tiers. On Hivenza Pro they are included, with sentiment, the API, custom roles and dashboards.

  • A support desk beside social

Every comment, message, chat, WhatsApp message and email becomes a numbered ticket with service targets, routing and a help centre. Sprout’s help desk connections are integrations with other tools.

  • Website chat and an AI agent

A live chat on your own site on every plan, Free included, and an AI agent that answers from your own pages and hands over to a person (Free and Starter: 50 AI conversations in all; Pro and up: monthly AI credits).

  • Reviews and their themes

Google Business Profile, App Store, Google Play, Trustpilot and Yelp reviews in the inbox, grouped into themes by Enza. Sprout lists more review sources, including Tripadvisor and Glassdoor.

  • Paid and organic together

Meta, Google, TikTok and LinkedIn ad numbers beside your organic ones (Pro).

An honest fit

Hivenza fits if

  • Your team answers social and support in one place
  • You want a flat price per workspace rather than per seat
  • You want listening, advocacy and dashboards without add-ons
  • You’d rather pay in your own currency

Sprout Social may fit better if

  • You need listening on a very large volume of public conversation, with deeper query tools
  • You need the review sources Hivenza doesn’t have, such as Tripadvisor or Glassdoor
  • You sell through Instagram or Facebook Shops and want product tagging
  • You need the store apps today: Hivenza’s phone app isn’t in the stores yet

We’d rather you pick the right tool than the wrong one.

Questions

Is Hivenza cheaper than Sprout Social?

Prices change, so compare today’s on each site. Sprout’s were per seat on their public pricing page in October 2026, and ours are per workspace, in your currency, with a free plan.

Does Hivenza have social listening?

Yes, on Pro and Agency: 5 saved searches per brand on Pro and 20 on Agency, with the mood of each mention and alert words. Sprout’s listening is deeper in volume and tools; Hivenza includes it in the plan.

Which networks reach the inbox?

Comments, mentions, reviews and messages from the networks that share them, such as Instagram, Facebook, X, Telegram, Google Business Profile, and WhatsApp on Agency. Networks awaiting approval from their owners are being enabled one by one.

Can I see how fast my team replies?

Yes. On Pro, team analytics show replies, closed conversations and response times for each person.
