Is there a free plan?
Yes. Hivenza is free for one brand with one social account, three people and 30 posts a month, plus a free live chat for your website, with no card and no time limit.
How much AI comes with each plan?
Free and Starter: 50 AI conversations in all. Free then hands chats to your team; Starter then uses credit packs. Pro and up: monthly AI credits. On Free, the AI agent answers the website chat from your help centre and one knowledge source of up to 50 pages; AI procedures and evaluations come with Starter and up.
Which currency will I pay in?
In your local currency across Africa (CFA francs, naira, cedis, shillings, rand and more), in euros in the euro area, in pounds in the UK, and in US dollars everywhere else. Your workspace keeps the currency of its first payment.
How long can I pay for?
One month, or prepay 3 months (5% off), 6 months (10% off) or 12 months (two months free).
How do I pay?
By card, or with Mobile Money (MTN, Orange) where it is available. The plan switches on as soon as the payment is confirmed.
What happens if a payment is late?
The plan keeps working for 7 more days. After that the workspace falls back to the Free plan's limits; nothing is deleted.
Why do X posts use credits?
X charges apps for every post, so Pro and Agency post to X with credits from packs: one per post, fifteen for a post with a link. Packs of 100, 500 or 2,000 last 12 months, so you only pay for the X posts you make.
