Schedule posts to X with Hivenza

Schedule posts to X (formerly Twitter) with images, videos and links, alongside your other networks, and follow their views and engagement.

Get started

VendHypeScheduled · Tue 09:00

The weekend drop is live. Three new colours, one very limited run.

Scheduling to X (Twitter), step by step

  1. 1

    Connect X (Twitter)

Sign in with X (Twitter) once. Hivenza only asks for what it needs to publish and read your numbers.

  2. 2

    Write it once

One text and one set of media for every network, adjusted for X (Twitter) where it needs to be.

  3. 3

    Pick the time

In the brand's own timezone, or the brand's best times once there is enough history.

  4. 4

    It goes out on time

Even if nobody is online. A hiccup is retried; anything that needs a person says what to fix.

What you can post

  • Text posts
  • Up to four images
  • One video or GIF

The numbers you keep

  • Followers
  • Views, likes, replies, reposts, quotes and bookmarks per post

Stored every day, so your history stays even when the network’s own window moves on.

Good to know

  • X charges for every post made through its API, so X posts use credits: one per post, fifteen for a post with a link.
  • Credits come in packs of 100, 500 or 2,000, valid for 12 months, with the Pro and Agency plans.
  • Write the post once and send it to X (Twitter) and your other networks together, with the text adjusted per account where it needs to be. Each network’s rules are checked before anything is scheduled.

X (Twitter)'s own tools, or Hivenza?

If you post to one X (Twitter) account on your own, X (Twitter)'s own scheduler may be all you need. Hivenza is for when there are more accounts, networks or people.

One calendar
X (Twitter) sits beside your other networks, so the week reads as one plan, for every brand you run.
Approval first
On Pro, editors submit, an owner or admin approves, and a client can approve from a link without an account.
One inbox
Comments and messages, where X (Twitter)'s API shares them, land in one shared inbox with every other network's.
History that stays
Numbers are saved every day and compared with the period before, and on Pro a monthly report goes out in your colours.

Questions

Why does X use credits?

X bills apps for each post. Credits pass that cost on simply: you only pay for the X posts you actually make.

Is X available on every plan?

X publishing comes with the Pro and Agency plans.
